Not much went on today, just another long day at work. People continue to fail to complete the most menial of tasks and pretty soon it's going to start effecting me and the little time that I get to spend with my family. Hopefully I can continue to stand out and eventually be taken off the watch and move to more of a supervisory role.
I've trained a couple of new guys so hopefully one of them will take my spot.
